There are thousands of real estate agents and hundreds of Brokers vying for your business.
Whether BUYING or SELLING, the transaction itself involves choices, options, disclosures, contingencies, timing, counters, deadlines, appointments, policies, locations, inspections, surveys, reviews, again perhaps a hundred decisions.
I have designed my approach to business to meet the requirements of the modern consumer. I am determined to provide you exemplary service, valuable information, a network of experts, simply the highest level of competency you will find in the industry so you can get what you and what you need....that’s my promise. CLIENT FOCUSED KNOWLEDGE
Real Estate is a demanding and dynamic business where contract elements changes, vendors come and go and Listings seem to appear instantaneously because of of the power of the internet.
• Living where I work and using the tools available to me, we know who's buying and selling and often who is even THINKING about it.
• I will weave all this together for you - you will gain by the power of my knowledge base, my experience, my network and contacts, my follow-through.
• I’ll be clear in my communication, and I won’t make up answers, I’ll tell you the truth.
SERVICE
Buying and Selling - especially.... MOVING has inherent stress.
• Time is of the essence. You will be reminded of important dates and deadlines and the consequences they have in a contract.
• You’ll receive from me, feedback by other agents after an Open House or a showing of your property so we can reposition if needed
RESPONSIVE
• Using technology and common sense I will respond to your questions, curiosities, concerns and needs as quickly as humanly possible. I’m a phone call, page or E-mail away - but I will be proactive with you and with those relevant to your transaction.
• You are not a number from $100,000 to $100,000,000.
• You will receive routine updates from me via E-mail. If you are a SELLER I will provide you with data that includes the number of visits to your property and the comments we received. If a new Comp pops up in your neighborhood...you'll know.
If you are a BUYER you will receive either automatic or extremely timely alerts if a property meeting your criteria becomes available. If it is a "good one" ...time to get in the car and check it out.
RESULTS
No one, no system is perfect, we may not click ..but you can feel secure and confident that you will be receiving the highest level of competency that is available.
The toughest part of selling is PRICE - the toughest part of BUYING well ... usually price - if we are both pragmatic and realistic I will help you get the results that you want and need.
I am an Accredited Buyers Representative with an ABR. As a Buyer’s Rep I work on behalf of the Buyer’s best interests throughout the transaction. The Buyer’s Rep is typically paid by the Seller unless otherwise negotiated.
A Listing Agreement sets in motion Seller Representation. Your property will be evaluated, priced with you, marketed with the obvious objective of getting it sold.
